MENTORING

Small-group mentoring is an integral part of learning how to conduct high-quality home performance-based remediation. The CBPCA Field Training series brings together CBPCA-trained contractors and diagnosticians with mentoring groups of 3-7 contractors. These hands-on sessions are designed to provide real-world experience testing and fixing homes using home performance principles.
