Green Home Energy Upgrade Training

Green Home Energy Upgrade contractors are better equipped to serve their clients’ needs.  Your clients may be experiencing problems with high energy bills, uncomfortable rooms, poor indoor air quality, or just a desire to "go green." Our training will allow you to correctly diagnose and remediate these problems through whole-house solutions — something most contractors can’t do.

The Green Home Energy Upgrade training program concentrates on the "house as a system"— the interaction of the HVAC system, building envelope, and the rest of the house. CBPCA contractors are shown how to look at the whole house as a machine, where the performance of one component affects the performance of all the other components in the system. A very important aspect of our program is that we also help you mobilze your business to offer these Green Home Energy Upgrade services.
