CBPCA has received a grant from the Employment Training Panel enabling us to provide continuing education trainings for Home Performance contractors and building science specialists. This funding can be used for HPwES Level 1-3, Home Performance Advanced Training, and Training for Trainers. However, this funding source requires specific guidelines, as follows:
CBPCA will require the training costs to be paid in advance. Training tuition amount will be refunded ONLY after CBPCA’s receipt of ETP funding reimbursement AND all ETP eligibility requirements have been satisfied as identified on the following applications:
- Small Business Entrepreneurial Training Application
- Special Employment Training for Frontline Workers/Employee Application
All Employers must provide an EDD number or California Employer Account Number (CEAN) and all Small Business Entrepreneur applicants must provide their seven-digit (CEAN). For questions concerning your active or current EDD number, please call your local EDD office or go to CEAN. For New CEAN applications, the process to obtain the CEAN/EDD may take some time, so you are urged to initiate this as soon as possible.
Please review your application carefully. Applications must be submitted at least one week prior to the beginning of the class. Mail applications to:
