The Home Performance upgrade options are designed to work together to achieve year-round indoor comfort while maximizing the efficiency of your home’s energy systems. These options can include air sealing, insulation, and duct improvements to prevent excessive indoor hot and cold zones.  A Home Performance upgrade also can include improving the size and operation of your appliances to cut down on excessive energy loss during operation.
